From Prepared Concrete to a Black Flake Finish

Before coating
The existing concrete was prepped before the coating system was installed. Preparation is shown directly in the project photos so property owners can see that the finished surface begins with work on the slab.
Completed floor
The completed garage has a dark black flake finish across the main floor. The perimeter edges were also coated to carry the finish around the space.
Garage entrance and edge detail
The front edge was finished at the garage opening to create a clean transition from the coated floor to the driveway. Entrance details are worth discussing before installation because the slab edge, exposure, and desired stopping point can vary from one garage to another.
